Hilborn Motor Car (HMI) was established in 1931. In the early days HMI specialized in custom work for major studios such as MGM, RKO, Hall Roach, Dessie Lou, and Four Star Productions. In recent years HMI has been co-designing and developing leading edge conceptions with top design centers in creating prototypes for the major automotive manufactures GM, Ford, Chrysler, BMW, Rolls-Royce, etc. HMI works closely with Rolls Royce as advisers and as recommended authorized technicians. Their clientèle reads like a list from Who's Who in the entertainment and business world.
