Safety
Rear Vision Safety System: Now rear area blind spots will be eliminated. Using the specially designed camera, potentially dangerous situations and unseen obstacles such as small children, bikes and shopping carts will be seen by the driver.

With a growing number of families preferring sport utility vehicles, concern for the safety of
children is a top priority.

According to a report that was issued by the National Centers for Injury Control and Prevention (CDC) in July 2002 - from July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001:

· 2,767 children were run or backed over by a motor vehicle.
· 82 percent of the children who died in reversing accidents were less than four years of age.
· 73.1 percent of the cases where a child was killed in a reverse-motion accident, show the child   was in the driveway or on the street in front of their home.

In a survey conducted by a major insurance company:

· 27 percent of all automobile accidents occur in reverse.
· One such accident occurs every 90 seconds.

According to a recent study done by Kids and Cars:

- At least 91 children were backed over and killed in 2003
- That number is a 57% increase since 2002
- Already this year 71 kids have died due to a vehicle
